Happy Birthday Miss C!

Today is my sweet girl's second birthday. Everything I had ever known about love was shattered when I held my daughter. My heart swelled and it was love at first sight. Every day since has been a journey of joy, learning, challenges, and utter bliss.

I began reminiscing on October 19 which was when I went into labor. Now my girl was not born until October 21 at 1:57 am. Took her sweet time. Last night I would wake, look at the clock and remember where I was two years ago. I was in labor, I was pushing, I was still pushing, this isn't working let's try something else. You get the picture. Finally Dr. Sparks delivered such an amazing blessing. Thank you God for this child. I will treasure her always.
