I have been taking a break from the computer and television this past week. One of those where you wake up and realize you are neglecting your child and Hubby to play computer games, shop, and basically waste time. I am allowing myself to enjoy technology once again but in much smaller doses. In the meantime here are a few trivial details since my last post.
They opened an Ulta about 3 miles from my house and I went three times last week. I am a coupon junkie and the internet (it really is everywhere you look) grants me access to the golden tickets. I bought 4 eyeliners, 4 nail polishes, 4 lip colors and one freaking awesome hairspray for the grand total of $13.00. Two coupons were in today's paper and I predict another quick run in the very near future.
Miss C just realized my name is not only Mommy but also Audrey and is calling me both. Some people would flip out but I find it to be precious, hilarious and pretty darn smart.
I have decided Yellow Box shoes are myths like unicorns and leprchans. I found them at Belk at Brookwood and that is it. What does a girl have to do to get some shoes?
And finally, West Wing is back on Bravo and I am so excited I could cry. The funny thing is I am incredibly conservative politically but cannot get enough of this show. Since I have been on a technology hiatus they are piling up on one of the world's greatest inventions-the DVR. As Miss C and Hubby are both asleep I am rewarding myself with an episode, or maybe two. No more than three.
