I am the proud recipient of this award and since I love to ramble on and on about me, my thoughts, and my life I am more than happy to pay the dues of this honor. The price? Seven random things about me. Hold onto your hats.

1) I am an AWFUL cook. Truly. Hubs will even admit it. It's one of those it's so bad he knows it's safe to say because to say otherwise would be ludicrous.
2) I am cleaning out closets and while cleaning my own I threw away 10 pairs of shoes. I still have 65 pairs. And I'm embarrassed. Not by the excess, but the lack.
3) I take 7 recyclable bags to Walmart weekly and 90% of the time they sit in the car because I forget them.
4) I love socks with patterns and colors. To go with all the shoes.
5) When I swim I have to hold my nose. I'm a dork.
6) I'm addicted to monogramming. Much like most women in the South and women with small children. I bought a thermal lunch bag at school today that comes with monogramming. Can't get enough.
7) I call my parents by their first names. I didn't as a kid and I'm not disrespectful even now. I just do. People are horrified, but then they meet my folks and say, "Huh. They really are Dave and Becky-ish" and it makes sense to them.
