If a butterfly flits her wings in Japan....

When I was preggo I read Dr. Weisbluth's gift to all new parents, Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child. It will change your life. Or at the very least help you get some much needed sleep. I have referred to its wisdom at several stages. The greatest nugget I gained from this book-the earlier to bed, the later a child sleeps. I have found this to be true. Blissfully true. The downside-the later they get to bed, the earlier they rise. Bad, very bad.
Due to my poor judgment on Monday-3 DAYS AGO-Miss C got off schedule. She had only a 20 minute nap and we are still feeling the aftershocks-3 DAYS LATER. Like, its 8am on Thursday and Miss C is already down for a nap. All because of a trip to the zoo on Monday.

Too funny. I just wrote about Dr. W, too. He and I are so over. Miss D. is now on day five without a nap. My head hurts.
